Our History

Founded in 1984, ATTA Holding is a UAE-based conglomerate with deep roots in the region’s industrial landscape. Over the decades, the company has built a solid presence across Oil & Gas, Maritime & Seaports, Logistics, and Construction, driven by consistency, technical capability, and long-term partnerships.

ATTA Holding delivers a wide range of internationally certified products and services, including the machining and fabrication of OTCG accessories, API connections, and premium connection threading services such as VAM, TENARIS, GP, and JFE. Our expertise also extends to industrial testing and inspection services, including proof load testing, visual examination, and break tests, ensuring reliability, safety, and compliance with global standards.

In parallel, ATTA provides qualified manpower solutions tailored to the needs of diverse industrial sectors, along with integrated marketing services that support and strengthen industrial brands. Our operations are further reinforced by specialized logistics and heavy transportation services, as well as dedicated solutions supporting maritime and seaport projects.

Expansion Update

Milestone Achievement

First in the Middle East to receive DNV type Approval for lifting sets; added Stress Relieving (Induction Heating) process to our services.

New Contracts

Advertising signed with Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi for the production of media and printable services. AMI signed a contract for OCTG with ADNOC Onshore.

Trademark Establishment

Establishment of ATTA Holding as a trademark, including all Al Nasr subsidiaries. ATTA Holding was awarded the Majra Impact Seal for constant efforts towards sustainability.

CEO Message

Our founder and chairman Abu Jassem travelled to the Philippines back in the early 80’s, on a mission to purchase organic fiber ropes known as Manila ropes, distinguished of their natural composition of selective trees known for its strength, flexibility, durability. Manila ropes were significantly unique by their buoyancy in water, had significant appeal for trading with the Emirati fishermen and boat owners in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE.

This is an example of our commitment to values and traditions in supporting the local communities locally and internationally. Traditional trading remains embedded in our people and organization which we cherish and respect, and aim to spread to everyone around.

A lot has evolved since then, with a noticeable increase in preference towards plastic and synthetic polyesters over naturally manufactured materials.

Since then, we have mastered out expertise in trade and knowledge of fiber ropes and advanced towards delivering premium steel ropes to serve the demand of the immensity of our industries. Our services are tailored in terms of size and shape to fulfill the maritime, oil and gas, construction, and all those seeking quality ropes.
