Established in 1984 by Ebrahim Al Shaker, the company began its journey in the United Arab Emirates and has since expanded its operations to the Sultanate of Oman, growing into a diversified manufacturing and service group recognized for quality, reliability, and industrial excellence.
With decades of experience, the group specializes in the manufacturing of lifting equipment, steel fabrication works, (OCTG) Oil Country Tubular Goods accessories, and marine sector solutions, serving major industries including oil & gas, marine, construction, and infrastructure across the region.
In addition to manufacturing, ATTA Holding provides a broad range of professional services, including:

Our Heritage
ATTA Holding’s journey began under the name Al Nasr Technical Trading Agencies, where the company initially focused on marine and industrial trading activities, including fishing supplies and general ropes.
As the UAE set its vision toward strengthening local manufacturing, the company strategically evolved and established Al Nasr Metal Industries, marking a key transition from trading to industrial production and fabrication.
This experience ultimately led to the development of our own ATTA-branded products, representing a new era of innovation, reliability, and industrial capability.
Over the decades, the business expanded across Saadiyat Island in the 1980s, ESNAAD in the 1990s, and Mussafah in the early 2000s, culminating in the establishment of our main manufacturing facility in ICAD III in 2017.
From its marine and fishing origins to lifting equipment, steel fabrication, and oil & gas solutions, ATTA Holding has grown in alignment with the UAE’s vision for local manufacturing and economic diversification transforming hard work, knowledge, and experience into a trusted industrial brand.
